Updated: 18 hours ago

At Heavenly Desserts, we love taking the familiar and turning it into something unexpected, indulgent, and a little bit playful. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce our autumn limited-time offer: Carrot Cake 2.0, launching in restaurants on Tuesday, 23rd September!

Forget the carrot cake you remember from your nan’s kitchen. This isn’t a recipe tucked away in a family cookbook, it’s an elevated, modern take on a classic designed to surprise and delight.

Not Your Nan’s Carrot Cake is our tagline for a reason: Carrot Cake 2.0 is visually stunning, decadently creamy, and packed with layers of flavour that make every bite unbelievably satisfying.

So, what makes it so special?

This luxurious dessert features spiced carrot and walnut cake soaked in vanilla milk syrup, layers of cheesecake cream, gajar halwa topping, and a sprinkle of pistachios, all served in a premium sealed tin with a stylish sticker. It’s the perfect combination of indulgence and sophistication, all while tasting absolutely delicious.

But Carrot Cake 2.0 is more than just a modern twist, it’s a celebration of heritage. Inspired by the UK’s South Asian community, we’ve infused the cake with flavours of gajar halwa, a beloved traditional dessert that evokes nostalgia through memories of family gatherings and celebrations. By blending these familiar, comforting flavours into a contemporary format, we’ve created something both culturally resonant and entirely new.

The tagline, “Not Your Nan’s”, perfectly captures the essence of this dessert: a playful nod to nostalgia paired with a bold, modern twist. Served in a premium tin, this dessert isn’t just a treat to eat, it’s a delightful experience to present and enjoy.

Carrot Cake 2.0 is available for a limited time from 23rd September. This autumn, we're inviting you all to experience a bold, nostalgic, and deliciously indulgent take on a classic that’s anything but traditional.

Experience the dessert that’s not your nan’s, but will still give you that warm sense of nostalgia.
