We aim to provide for all customers, and you can check the disability access and facilities of each of our restaurants by contacting them directly, details for each restaurant can be found on our restaurant locator.

Some of our restaurants may have parking facilities or nearby parking available – be sure to check our restaurant locator and always plan ahead before driving to one of our restaurants to avoid any disappointment.

Accepted Answer

Smoking is not permitted in any Heavenly Desserts Restaurants– this includes the use of e-cigarettes.

For those restaurants with outdoor seating areas, smoking may be permitted, and this is to each restaurants discretion.

Currently, there is no online booking system, and we only accept walk-ins.

No alcohol is served on the premises of any of our restaurants.

Our WiFi provider, Smarter WiFi, requests some basic info from our guests for a handful of reasons, with the main reason being security to protect guests from any viruses or spam.

Once signed up, you’ll be remembered by Smarter WiFi and automatically connect on any future visits to store.

When registering your details to our WiFi provider, you will also be given the option to opt in and out of any email marketing.
